Who We Are
Dedicated to transforming lives through the power of education since 2008.
Our Founder

Growing up in Chapra, Bihar, I had a humble upbringing. My father is a farmer and my mother a homemaker. As the eldest among six siblings, I developed a strong sense of responsibility early in life. We didn't have much, but we were content.
From childhood, I was fascinated by numbers and science. Although I understood these subjects well, my academic journey wasn't smooth. I struggled with English and other subjects, which affected my grades and limited my college options. To avoid burdening my parents, I started taking home tuitions to support myself.
After completing my computer engineering in Kolhapur, Maharashtra, I struggled to secure a job due to intense competition and lack of experience. During this time, I continued tutoring and also taught students from a local government school. Seeing their poor infrastructure but immense talent deeply moved me.
This experience made me realize how many capable children are denied quality education due to financial constraints. Along with like-minded friends, I decided to take action. In February 2020, we registered our NGO, "A Ray of Hope Charitable Trust," with the mission to provide free education to underprivileged children.
We began with a small learning center, teaching subjects like Maths, Science, English, Computers, and Social Studies up to 10th standard, along with coaching for competitive exams such as IIT, NEET, and IAS. Despite limited resources, support from local donors helped us grow.
Today, our NGO operates in Maharashtra, Gujarat, Rajasthan, Odisha, Andhra Pradesh, Bihar, and Kerala. To make learning engaging, I also authored "Maths for Victory" and "Science for Victory", and I am currently working on two more books.
Though the journey has been challenging, it has been deeply fulfilling. Watching students transform their lives through education is the greatest reward. Our goal is to continue expanding and provide free, quality education to every child who needs it.
